Joel is originally from Oregon, relocating to Utah in 1990. Joel's background includes collegiate study in physical therapy at Pacific University. He worked in the retail grocery industry in Northern Utah, ending up as a manager.
Joel has also worked in the construction industry in metal fabrication and erection. He received his Utah real estate license in 2004 and went to work at Re/Max in St. George. In early 2005 his business acumen was noticed and he was recruited by Kemp Griffin.
Joining Kemp Griffin in the Spring of 2005 as a commercial land and leasing specialist, Joel will work commercial property, and take over leasing on several of the firm's larger projects. Joel is continuing his real estate education, working on the ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation.
Active in the Community, Joel participates in Boy Scouts of America, and is a member of the Washington County Search and Rescue Team.
